The Challenge
Online sellers were juggling multiple carrier accounts, marketplace dashboards, and spreadsheets to manage orders, labels, and inventory. There was no single system to handle multi-carrier shipping, warehouse stock levels, and marketplace orders together — leading to missed shipments, billing errors, and operational chaos.
Our Approach
We built a centralized platform from scratch using React for the dynamic dashboard and Django for the backend API layer. We integrated with carrier APIs (UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Canada Post, and more) and marketplace APIs (eBay, Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, Etsy) to pull orders and push tracking data in real time.
